Lookup multiple match one table to another table

I have a two tables are Floor Size and Vehicle Size.

In Floor Size table the following columns are Floor Size Type, length, width, height and rank.

I created rank for each type based on the floor size dimension. The purpose of the rank column were multiple matches for same car.  (Example- length – 320, Width-320, Height-320 it will fit all the Floor Size Types but we have to choose appropriate floor size- Please refer the line item 12 in the snapshot)

In report table I have following columns are list of vehicle size, length, width and height.

I am trying to find out the appropriate floor size for each vehicle.

I am looking for new calculate column options

Any advise please.

"I am trying to find out the appropriate floor size for each vehicle."

What does that mean?  The smallest floor size that the car fits in?  By what?  By "wasted volume" ? Do you need to be able to open the car door (which would add to the width requirement)?
