Need help correctly sorting a list of groups in a dropdown that begin with '0-2' and end with '16+'. I have already tried changing the data type, both in the SQL query the datas being pulled from, and the Query Editor built-in to Power BI.
I was wondering if anyone has experienced this issue before, and if so, what they did to remedy it?
Thanks
Solved! Go to Solution.
There two ways. Create a column where you give a sorting order. And mark that as sorting the column in the Model view.
Refer to the second half of blog
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-sort-by-column
Second when this not a join column. Insert space(one or more) before the text to make it sort in the order you want. Space is below character in sorting.

Adding spaces before the single digit totals worked. Thanks!
