Im looking for a formula when the Column Facturatie compleet says Nee. it will make the cell blank in column afwijking t.ov. raming(%).

I assume you've got a measure that's working out the current output where it's not Nee right now, so you want something like:

newmeasure = if([facturatiecolumn]="Nee",blank(),[existingmeasure])

the output should be if Ja then do nothing. (show the value in afwijking...)

Afwijking t.o.v. raming = if([Facturatie compleet]="Nee";blank();[Afwijking t.o.v. raming (%)])

You should create new measure (or new calculated column) with condition, like above ( @jthomson).
