I check the link you share and find it provides two template power bi report files. Have you checked them and tried to publish to power bi service side?

Perhaps you can take a look at the 'data stories gallery'.(power bi communities shared a lot of reports/samples there) You can check if someone provides a similar sample/template that is suitable to your requirement:
