I have the following table and I need to do a look up to a column based on the month that a date field falls on.
Table would be as follow... So if I have a sale for employee 1234 in October commission would be 2.00. I already have a relationship from another table POS to filter employee ID.
Employee ID 10/1/2020 11/1/2020 12/1/2020
1234 2.00 2.50 3.00
2354 2.50 1.25 2.00
