Long axis texts

Hello,

My text for each axis label is very long (they are questions that run to several lines of text) and they are being cut shot in the screenshot below. Please can you tell me how best to display this text so that it's not being cut shot? (I don't think there is a wordwrap option or the ability to drag the position of the y axis horizontally?)

Many thanks!

Hi, @CloudMonkey

I am not sure it is the best option, but in my case, if I needed to show a long sentence with a bar chart, I create a table visualization. And I do conditional formatting for the background of a measure to show a bar chart.

Thank you.

Hi @CloudMonkey ,

Try this:

y axis.gif

But the text length cannot be too long.

And here is a similar idea you can vote up:

Microsoft Idea · Add word wrap to bar chart Y-Axis Labels (powerbi.com).

Best Regards,

Icey
