Long / Lat showing the Country

Hello, 

i have a list of users and their Long and Lat. I want to have a map with like a one Pic chat in each country and the size of this Pie dependes on the count of the users in each country. Like in USA you 1000 users, Russia 2000. etc..
How is it possible to show same county for many users who have different Long\Lat but they are in same country.

I have users and those users have followers and i need to show for a certain user how is the destribution of followers countries. where are the most follower. But the idea i have the followers with only their Long\Lat

You will almost certainly need to use a service for this in order to translate long/lat into an address.
