Logic Woes with Lookupvalue

Hi All,

I have the following DAX that returns whether or not there is a duplicate value on the 'ODS' table:

Duplicates = IF(
    ISBLANK(
        LOOKUPVALUE('Active'[Name],'Active'[Name],'ODS'[EMPLOYEE_NAME])
    )
    ,"NO"
    ,"YES"
)

The problem is that the ODS table may have two people with the same name, but different managers and different employee IDs, but doing it by Manager Name will be OK as they don't have the same manager (I checked). I've been trying to add another piece of logic to say to only call it "YES" if the manager name matches on the 'Active' table and the 'ODS' table ALONG with the name match.

I tried doing another '&& Lookupvalue' string but it didn't work. What am I missing? Many thanks!

Perhaps:

Duplicates =
VAR __table = FILTER('Active',Active[Name] = 'ODS'[EMPLOYEE_NAME] && 'Active'[Manager] = 'ODS'[MANAGER_NAME])
RETURN
IF(COUNTX(__table,[Name])=1,"NO","YES")
