Location Map for Work Requests

I am a complete PowerBI novice and recently found that PowerBI is great for visualising my data. Apologies if my question is novice or use of terminology is wrong, I will do my best to explain!

The Query - Can I use a site layout drawing (Instead of a map of the world or country etc) to PowerBI and display the work request location on the image?

The Vision - Think Uber but instead of riders and drivers I have work requests and engineers.

The Help I need -

a) I want to display my work request locations onto the site layout plan (Such as for an airport or large site). Is this possible? The idea is that a supervisor can see where the work is located and appoint the closest operative.

b) Is it possible to display the current location of the operative to assist the operator to appoint the closest person?

Each work request will have a geo description of some type, such as desk location or room number, I suspect the site layout drawing will then need the same locational information on it, and PowerBI is then able to marry the two up and display the relevant info.

I am very grateful for any assistance or guidance, even if you point me toward a YouTube video!

Thank you in advance

Thank you

That appears to provide a solution although I note a mention about loading data separately for each shape? I will check later this week when I can focus on it, but in the meantime, I really appreciate your help. Thank you

@MrWLJ71 ,

Have you solved your issue by now? If you have, could you please help mark the correct answer to finish the thread? Your contribution will be much appreciated.
