Hi Aud,
I'm sorry I wasn't able to reproduce your problem. What version of Power BI Desktop do you have? The Power BI Desktop version I used for testing is 2.99.303.0 64-bit (November 2021). The testing detail and the version of my Power BI Desktop are as follows:
If possible, could you please share the excel file you used with me? I will test later on my side to see if it can load successfully. Thank you.
Best Regards
I tried, closed Power BI and select Import data from Excel as data-source. I got the same result.
Hi @Aud ,
Did you start with a fresh new power BI file?
Also what is the size of data you are working with?
While bringing data from excel spreadsheet did you select the SHEET from which you want to bring data into Power BI or you only have one sheet on the spreadsheet?
Is your file stored locally or on any shared drive?
For how much time does this LOAD window displays?
Thanks,
Pragati
