List of Customers continuously follwing rating

I need help on DAX to get list of  Customers continuously follwing rating.

I have customer table with 2 columns DimCustomer – CustomerId, CustomerName

Based on sales each customer is given monthly rating like – A,B,C

Table description is FactCustomerSalesRating – CustomerId, DateId, Rating

Here DateId is from from Date dimension with monthly granularity.

Requirement

1. I want list of customers who are continuously on Rating ‘C’ from 6 months. It should be continuous.

1. How can I make it dynamic so user can select Rating (A,B,C) and number of last month like 1,3,4,6,8,9 any number. And based on this report should display list of customer who are Continuously following selected Rating for selected number of months.
