Linking Dates Between 2 Tables

I have a generic date table:

1.PNG

And another table that has survey dates:

I've built formulas that reference both sets of dates in order to count the number of detractors, promoters etc.:

So on my page I have a date slicer that uses the Date field from my generic Date table. When I slide the MAX slider backwards, all counts and percentages update like they're supposed to:

vs.

1.PNG

But when I move my MIN slider, nothing changes about the counts and percentages:

vs.

I've tried also referencing the MIN date in my above formula but for some reason it changes the numbers of another formula I've built that is already correct. Here are the pieces to that and how it changes:

vs. updating formula to inlcude Min Date:

So now from here, I'm able to move either the max or min date and have my counts and percentages update, but now my graph is incorrect. How can I get everything in sync with each other?

OK, that's the problem then. You want to relate your tables and then in your NPV calculation, override the context by using an ALL or ALLEXCEPT. You can always override context from a relationship, but you can't invent a relationship where none exists.

Are you two tables related to one another?

@Greg_Deckler Hi Greg, they are not. Reason for this was for the purpose of creating a trailing 12 month formula (NPS retention above). I have the formula and numbers the way I'd like to currently, and when I try to relate the 2 tables via their dates it changes the results of my NPS retention formula and I'm not sure why.
