Line chart - Multiple questions and lines

I want to create something  similar to this...

I have the data in this format... (products A,B,C,D,E)

I'm guessing this is pretty easy, but I just can't get it to work.  Any help would be appreciated.

1. Press Ctrl, select the 3 columns with products, unpivot

2. Put the fields like this:

thanks, I'm getting close.  The only thing is each question should add up to 100% (ex 4.32%, 4.325, 3.78% 3.78%, 3.78%), looks like all points add up to 100%.  How do I change that?

For the line chart, what do I put in the axis and value to show percertage of choice?
