Line Chart Date Issue

I am trying to plot a teams capacity on a monthly basis. The data is captured as follows:

I am trying to create a line chart in power bi which represents this data but for some reason I can get it to be clear as i could in excel. This is how i want to achieve it to be shown:

These are the fields I'm using within Power Bi and how the data is represented:

Can someone please advise what step am I missing in order to visualise the charts as above?

@YMT , You need to unpivot your data

You will also need a sort column
