Limiting the chart X axis

Is there a way to limit chart X-axis (when putting date field in Axis) for last 6 or whatever the necessary no of months dynamically?

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

According to your needs, there may be the following ways to get the dynamic months of the past six months. 1. You can add the Date column to slicer, and then filter out the dynamic month you want. 2. You can customize the settings in the filter, and get the data in the past six months as shown in the figure below.

you can of course preset parameter to guarantee that it alwasy shows your last 6 month data

Hi,

You may refer to my solution here - Flex a Pivot Table to show data for x months ended a certain user defined month,
