Hello,
I have two questions. Please find below the attached image.
First.
Is it possible to make the calendar picker to display certain range of dates?
Currently I have data from 1-Jan-21 onwards. I don't want the calendar to display dates before that.
Currently it's possible to select the dates before, i.e. from 2020. User can click on it, eventhough it won't show data anyway.
Second.
How can we change the date value format in "from" and "to" calendar textboxes?
As you can see in the attached image, they are displayed as 1/1/2021 and 5/8/2021.
I want to change it to 1-Jan-21 and 8-May-21.
I already changed the format of my date field to this, but it doesn't work.
Anyone knows the answer? Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Hi @Fowmy ,
For the 1st question, thanks for the suggestion.
Tried that, however unfortunately calendar for 2020 is still displayed.
I don't want it to be displayed at all. The calendar needs to be displayed at Jan 2021 at minimum.
Do you have any solution for that?
For the 2nd question, noted.
Thank you.
@gggar
Regarding the First question, yes you can do it by setting the start date in the filter pane for the date slicer as follows.
For your 2nd question on the format of the dates, I don't think you can do it. I would like to suggest posting an idea at https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/ or search and vote for any idea already exists.
