Learn More links in Preview Features only allows opening from IE and Chrome

When I went to open one of the Learn More links under the Preview Features, I was asked to select from either IE or Chrome. I have those as well as Edge, Edge Beta, and Firefox installed. Is this intended behavior?

Also, I know this isn't related to the Dashboards label, but why am I only able to choose from Idea Labels and why is Desktop not a label?

@willclein ,

Have you configured the default browser? You can change the default browser in "default apps" section as below:

I have had it set for a long time. However, I think it was an issue with my machine (though not totally sure why it would have happened) as now when I click on it, everything works as expected.

Sorry for the confusion and appreciate your willingness to help!
