I need to return the Most recent contact records rolled up to account level. For example I want this below.

The above should be populated from below and onbly return the values assosicated with the max created date

Try this calculated table DAX

New Acct Table =
       FILTER('Acct Table',
                   'Acct Table'[Task Created Date]=CALCULATE(MAX('Acct Table'[Task Created Date]),ALLEXCEPT('Acct Table','Acct Table'[Account])))
