Last non zero measure`s value on MAX filtered date

The task -  receive last non-zero value of Measure on max filtered date.

For example (object_1),

filtered date: from 01/01/2020 to 12/31/2020 should give 15 in card.

and

filtered date: from 01/01/2020 to 05/31/2020 should give 13 in card.
