Last Year problem

Hello, I have a problema with a lastyear dax formula.

I need in one matrix , sum the total of the max year, in the second matrix I need to sum the total of the max year -1 (previous year).

But when I filter a company for example, the matrix that shows the last year, shows also outher years because the last year that this company have in the data is not the max year in the calendar table, IIf the max year in the data is for example 2018, has to show 2017 as the last year, can't be volatile by the dimension that I will filter,someone can help?

Ex: calculate(sum(value);previousyear(calendar[date]))
