Last Non Null Value by Month

I have a table like the below. What I want to be able to do is return the last 'Total' value per month, some rows may be blank.

Date	UK	SA	Total
29/03/2020	44	12	66
30/03/2020		5	5
31/03/2020
01/04/2020	7	19	26
02/04/2020

I'd found LASTNONBLANK already but couldn't figure out why it wasn't working.

Realised I'd got a number field set as TEXT!!!
