Last Friday of Current Month and First Friday of Next Month

Hi all, 

I need a field that returns the date of the last Friday in the current month and another field that returns the date of the first Friday of the upcoming month, any help?

Last Friday of Current Month= 
var _date = Today()
 var _eo =EOMONTH(_date,0) 
return
 _eo+-1*if(WEEKDAY(_eo)-6<0,WEEKDAY(_eo)+1,WEEKDAY(_eo)-6)

First Friday of next month = [Last Friday of Current Month]+7
