Lack of Tabs in Ribbon

Hello everyone!

I've recently started using Power BI and just joined the community.

I was working on my data and tried to split columns, but I couldn't find the relevant section in any tab in the ribbon. When I watch the tutorial videos, I see that there is an "Split Column" section underneath "Add Column" tab, which I don't have in my Power BI either. I've looked at the Option menu, to see whether I can add tabs to the ribbon, but there was none. Could you please help me about this? Here are the screenshots of the ribbon I have versus the one in the tutorials.

If you have a small window or low res the tab can be changed to fit.

e.g. Split Column is in a "Text Column" Drop down toolbar item  with all the other text column items when I reduce the size of my window.

Lots of the items from right mouse menu items. Right Mouse on a Column header and it will show the split on the menu.
