Labels on Line Chart need to show absolute value and Percentage Amount

Hello,

I have a requirement where I will need to show on a line chart 2 labels for a line i.e the absolute Value + % Amount.

The original chart is as per below snapshot

The blue line  is currently showing only the absolute value. 

I will need to add the % value  next to the absolute value. e.g for Apr/2022: 2,887,031 ( 11.2%)

I have already created the Measure for the % value but I am not sure how to add it on the chart as per the above requirement.

anyone can help?

something similar has been asked before, it is not possible to change the data labels in a line chart:
