That being said, forget LOOKUPVALUE and try something like:
Column = VAR __dpgebied = 'Onderaannermer'[DP gebeid] VAR __table = FILTER(ALL('Taken'),'Taken'[DP gebeid] = __dpgebied && 'Take'[Activity] = "A") RETURN MAXX(__table,[DP gebeid])
