LIKE % operator in Power BI

Hello All,

 

I'm craeting a measure, but running into a problem.

 

Here is my measure

COUNT ROWS =

CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('TABLE1'),
FILTER ('TABLE1', AND ('TABLE1'[Type] = "C",
AND(
'TABLE1'[Category] = "RED",
'TABLE1'[Industry] <> "%SER%")))) -- This is the fileter I need to apply,
--to remove Industry does not conatin SER in the Industry name
)

NOT CONTAINSSTRING('TABLE1'[Industry], "SER")))))
