Key value in lowercase automatically converts to uppercase

Power Query after extraction

After loading into model

In the above the first image shows A001 & a002 which are unique codes in oracle database.  After extraction and loaded to powerbi model, the a001 is converted to A001 which becomes a duplication.  Due to his problem I am not able relate with the transaction table.

Please help to resolve this problem.
