Key Influencer Visual works in Desktop but not on workspace

Edit to below: So i now have the visual working, but it only works on a text value question where as before i had it looking at a numeric value ie Increase/decrease in sales? 

Also the key Influencer i have now used, is only showing values for one of the explain bys, when i take this out of the explain by the other option will show values?



I have the Key Influencer visual working on my desktop model, but when i publish it to a workspace it says there is not enough data to explain by.

I am just doing a simple analysis of Total Sales, by Day, Timeof Day and Interaction Type. I have data for every day for 2019 by day/hour so thought this would be enough data. 

I have just imported the data via excel spreadsheet.
