Keep most granular category in matrix

Hi,

I'm struggling with a little problem with matrix in desktop version.

I have amount of Sales by different categories and time. I have the time in the rows, no question here.

For the columns I have 4 Dimensions: Category, Size, Type and Extension (y/n). I want them to be in that order but Extension should alway be the lowest and always displayed. For example when I drill up the table should look like this:

Cat1                                   |Cat2

Extension y   Extension n   |Extension y   Extension n

And when I drill down it should become

Cat1                                                                             Cat2

Big                                      Small                                Big                                     Small

Extension y   Extension n   Extension y   Extension n  Extension y   Extension n  Extension y   Extension n

And so on, so Extension ist always the last "split" of data. As I said amount of sales is the value (or percentage of that). I already tried putting in two values, which did the trick for absolute amounts, but failed when it came to row percentage. These where calculated seperately for each value, but that is not what I want.

Any ideas on this? Or at least please show me where to for that 😉

Thanks a lot and best regards

Henning

Hi @H3nning

I'm afraid it is impossible to make "Extension" display as the lastest level but show in the middle level as you expected.

Hi, thanks for the reply. What I meant is to keep the split between extension y/n even if I drill up.

In your example a drill up should result in:

Cat1        Cat2

y       n     y       n

5       3     5       5

Ist that what you understood? And that is impossible?

Thanks and best regards

Hi @H3nning
