KPI is not Correct when roll up to ALL

Hey Guys,

I have some stores with some GP, GP Trend and Goal. When I add the KPI on visualization it will not correct for the all stores, but when I select a one store, it will work. I could not figure it out why is that. Any idea? Something wrong with my filter.  (Pleases see the all store image, on the bottom you can see the actual numbers, on the second image only one store and it matching bottom numbers). I just want to get the bottom numbers on my KPI for all stores.

The numbers in both images are different.  Where is the problem?

Yes, the first image show you all the 50 stores, for all 50 stores , 

GP Actual = 933.62K

GP Trend  = 1.87M

Goal = 2M, but KPI for all 50 stores shows me 37.65K and goal is 69067K which is impossible. 

If you look at the bottom image, its filtered to one store. Its GP, Trend and goal matching with KPI. I could not figure out why my KPI not matching for all stores when I select ALL on the filter. 

Any Idea to fix this will really appreciate.
