KPI card?

How can i create anything which looks like this:

For the value assume some kind of a measure or a column.

For the trend arrow assume it is a comparison of this value with previous month value.

If the previous month value is larger it should be a red arrow facing down.

It's a card on top of a card. There are two cards, one for the result and another for the arrow.
