KPI Visual: need to set Indicator and Target as Minutes and Seconds

I have the below data in Power Query.  I need to use the KPI Viz that shows Indicator/Value as 8 mins 47 seconds with the target/goal of 9 mins 15 seconds for 3/1/2022...  

But the KPI Viz will not let me add the duration mm and sec?
