KPI Target

Hi all, I'm new to powerBI and having a mistake with the KPI target visualization.

I created an easy chart with the KPI score but I'm not able to add the target because I cannot show the monthly data but seems I need to apply some calculation (averege, count ..)

Any idea about it? How I can aggregate the target data?

I know it's a easy question but I going crazy trying to solve it ... thanks

@Mgg , Any time add a column to a visual it takes, some aggregation. or You can create a measure

 Target = sum(Target[Target])

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

refer: https://www.tutorialspoint.com/power_bi/index.htm

Thanks,

here attached you can find a matrix with 3 different KPI.

I want to show in chart to compare with the monthly results (period) for different area(Market)

Hi @Mgg ,

Sorry for that we did not understand how you want to show. If you want to compare with the monthly results for different Market, we suggest to use a period slicer and three Pie chart.

The result like this,

KPI1.jpg

If it doesn’t meet your requirement, could you please show the exact expected result based on the table that you have shared?

BTW, pbix as attached.

Best regards,

Thanks for your support.

The expected result is to have 3 different chart ZD, SAR and Cov.

In each chart I want to show the score (no problem about it) and the monthly target.

In the table posted in the previus post the were the targets.

The following chart present the score for different area (Colum) and I want to add the line with the target (now are showing another paramiter not needed.

In the second one there is the score and the target but for the target is applied a calculation (Count) instead I want to show the value only

The last but not the least, using the filter implemented in the report (no problem with filter) I want to show the result and target only for the selected area

Regards

Hi @Mgg ,

We have a little confused about your issue. There is no ZD Score data in your sample data, is the ZD Score from other table or is the ZD Score a measure?

What is the calculate logic of the monthly target? Is each market getting an average Target every month?

For example, in 202001, is the target_Cov (5% + 5% + 5%) / 3?

KPI1.jpg

If it is that you want, you need to create three measures and use Line and clustered column chart.

Target_C = AVERAGE('Table'[Target_Cov])
Target_S = AVERAGE('Table'[Target_SAR])
Target_Z = AVERAGE('Table'[Target_ZD])

KPI2.jpg

If it doesn’t meet your requirement, could you please provide a mockup sample based on fake data or describe the fields of each tables and the relations between tables simply?

It will be helpful if you can show us the exact expected result based on the tables.

BTW, pbix as attached.

Best regards,
