Joining multiple fact tables

Hello -

I have 2 facts table and few dims,

both facts tables are getting joined using the Dim4 (please see the screen shot).

But when doing the report in tabular, and pulling the data from either from Fact 2

getting the error -

cannot display the data since power bi can't find the relationshipMultipleFacts_12052017.JPG

 Can some one please help.

Dim 4 (Conformed dimension) has the ID column which is available in both the facts tables.

Thanks

Hi @RacAgr,

Could you please share sample data of your fact tables and dimensions for us to troubleshoot? Also please describe which fields you use in each table to create relationship.

Thanks,
Lydia Zhang

stupid question, have you created a relationship in the relationship view or is this a live connection?

Of course, the relationship is created in power bi designer.

and it is not live connection
