Join on key accross multiple rows & 3 columns in query

I am trying to join the related TSK_TASK_NUM by using the linkage that exists in the data as indicated in red in the picture, such that I can report in a single row the data from the first task in the sequence 69844 & the last related task 76334? Any ideas on how to join this data would be appreciated.
