JIRA content pack still available?

Hello, I have been trying to get the JIRA Content Pack installed on my desktop environment. I have recently found this link which talks about the contenct pack being available (https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/explore-your-jira-data-with-power-bi/).

When I click on the "Try JIRA with Power BI" link, the browser opens to https://app.powerbi.com/home using our organization's Office 365 account. Once logged in, I can't seem to find anything related to JIRA. 

I have the following questions:

- Is the JIRA content pack still available?

- Could it be that my organization is blocking the JIRA content pack from the app list?

This issue said solve but and do not see  the awnser, we don't see Jira Content Pack anymore?
