JIRA Power Bi Desktop can not login

Hello, im tring to connect Power Bi Desktop with cloud Jira and im getting "The credentials provided are invalid". The credentials im using are correct and I'm using admins. Can you please advice? I'm using web content

It should be using Anonymous. May not be the same case but check my reply in this thread.

What would you like to get from  the xxx.atlassian.net? It is just a web page. If what you want is the data that  you get from Power BI Service -> "get data"->"JIRA", I think you shall use JIRA REST APIs. Power BI Service underlyding actually calls the APIs other than access the xxx.atlassian.net.
