It would be helpful if I could export into Word rather than just xlsx or csv.

This is true for my Word Clouds and Narratives from a presentation standpoint. When the only option to export into Excel, the data from the narratives all loads into one cell and is difficult to read or format.

Nope, power bi not support this, perhaps you can vote below idea about increase export type of power bi desktop.
