Issues within report for frequent users

Hello, 

This is just a general questions but has anyone else experienced frequent users getting issues within a report that newer users tend not to be getting. 

For example i have created a report and when i view the report everything looks normal. However when someone who in the usage statistics is very high up in terms of amount of views opens the report and it is on a different home view, it is worth noting though these issues do not pop up everytime this users opens the report it can be very random.  

Could this be due to the fact that they have view the report alot of times and some data is beng saved automaticly in the background?

Take a good look at Monitor Power BI usage and create a support ticket if necessary.

Hi @v-chuncz-msft,

I can see the usage stats okay, my question is around if a certain users who has viewed the report can start to have issues and start seeing different data within the same report after viewing it a large number of times.
