I have a percentage that I am using through the below formula.
% of Row Total 2 = DIVIDE(SUM('Sheet1 (2)'[Response ID]),CALCULATE(SUM('Sheet1 (2)'[Response ID]),ALLEXCEPT('Sheet1 (2)','Sheet1 (2)'[Date of Survey])))
Essentially, this formula is providing me a by day percentage based on the recommended 2 field. This works perfectly. However, when I apply a filter to the results set it doesnt show up how I would like it to. I want it to show me 100% for the state I select by day not a % based on the by day total amount. Screenshots are below. I want my results to still total 100% after I apply my filters but I want it to only be a % based on the state level filter I applied. Can someone assist please.

What happens when you change
ALLEXCEPT('Sheet1 (2)','Sheet1 (2)'[Date of Survey])
to
ALLEXCEPT('Sheet1 (2)','Sheet1 (2)'[Date of Survey], 'Sheet1 (2)'[State])
