Hello,
I downloaded and imported the Hierarchy Chart by Akvelon into Power BI Desktop to create an organization chart for my company. I an able to get the chart to fully function as it is supposed to regarding data populating and the chart expanding and minimizing as designed. However, I am having issues with more basic formatting that should be available as per training/demo videos.

Has anyone experienced these issues and knows of any solution? I would really like for the colors/text/general format to match our company colors, and I will not be able to do that without changing the text color and title/subtitle independently.
Thank you,
Jenna

All,
I did contact the custom visual developer to get some closure on this and received this feedback:
"Thanks for your feedback. I reviewed these issues and confirm that they exist. I will put them into our backlog but cannot provide ETA on a fix date."
So, it appears that all of these issues are confirmed but there is no way to know exactly if/when they will be resolved.
Thanks everyone,
Jenna

HI @JKMoore,
According to your description, it sounds more related to third party custom visual usage.
I agree with parry2k's point of view, contact with the visual author should be the best way to help you quick learning/studying when their products.
