Issues with Data Model

Hi,

I hope someone can help.  I`m trying to put together a dashboard on promotions in my organisation and I`m having some issues with the data model.  I have a table of data that shows all the employees promoted in a timeframe (2018), a table of data that shows all employees (snapshot taken monthly) for each month of the year, and a look up table that shows skill type and job family.

The promotion data does not contain job family/ skill type info but the employee table does.

I would like to be able to show how many promotions there were in each job family but i`m struggling to make the link.

Please see the link below to a .pbix file.

Many thanks in advance for any support.

Brendan

Hi  @Bfaws ,

Change the direction of the relationship between "Employee Lookup" and "Resource report" from single to both.
