Hi All,
I'm having 2 tables tbl-1 and tbl-2,both the tables are having 2 columns in column.
I'm using 2 visuals in one page and I want both the common columns to use as slicers,when i'm trying to create relationship between tbl-1 and tbl-2 it is getting many-to-many relationship.however slicers are not giving expected results in this scenario.Both tbl-1 and tbl-2 are having Duplicates,LOC_id and YEAR are having distinct values
I created 2 common columns as 2 separate tables and trying to relate tbl-1 and tbl-2 with new tables,im not able to create all the relationships.How to sort it out??(Dotted Lines is where I'm not able to create relationship)

Hi @Likhitha
I would suggest you create the ID and year tables as below.Then create relationships with one to more.
ID = DISTINCT(UNION(DISTINCT(Table1[LocID]),DISTINCT(Table2[LocID])))
Year = DISTINCT(UNION(DISTINCT(Table1[Year]),DISTINCT(Table2[Year])))
