Issue with connecting Smartsheet and Power BI

I've been using Smartsheet as a data source for Power BI for a while now.  Just today I had to switch to another Smartsheet account to import information into a PBIX, but once I signed out of my Smartsheet account in Power BI Desktop and tried to sign back in, I keep running into the following error loop:

Smartsheet Login Error Page 1.PNGSmartsheet Login Error Page 2.PNGSmartsheet Login Error Page 3.PNG

Everytime I click "Sign In," I get "An error has occurred in the script on this page" message and whether I click yes or no, it brings me to a Smartsheet Browser Compatibility page telling me that my browser is not supported.

I've removed Smartsheet permissions, tried to modify an existing PBIX with Smartsheet as a data source, tried to create a new PBIX with using Smartsheet as a data source and it's the same thing over and over.  I've restarted my computer to try to resolve this and still nothing.  Does anyone have any idea what may be going on?  I need to access my data and this connection just won't let me anymore.

I had Power BI through the Windows Store on Windows 10, so the updates are automatically installed.  However, I removed the Windows Store App, and downloaded through the Power BI website and I can connect again.  Not sure what happened to the Windows App but I'll continue using the installation from the Power BI website for now.

Hi @Anonymous,

Seems good in my test. I would suggest you upgrade the Desktop to the April release. The Smartsheet connector relies on the third party service that could be updated recently.

Best Regards,

Dale
