You can create a measure to get total volume affected--base on unique product volume just like below:
Total volume effect =
VAR _tab =
SUMMARIZE (
'Products',
'Products'[part group],
'Products'[Product],
"price", MAX ( 'Products'[volume of product] )
)
RETURN
SUMX ( _tab, [price] )
