Issue with October 2021 update - Can't open PBIX file anymore.

Hi,

Since the October 2021 update, when trying to open my PBIX file, I get this error message (and the file simply won't open):

@Anonymous Not sure if it is machine specific, did you install from the store or downloaded? Tried on another machine?

I downloaded.

I tried on my laptop and seems to be working... It doesn't work on my desktop PC.

After a series of re-install, install, reboots, etc, the issue finally got away.
