I wanted to merge two tables, but getting issue, some data duplicated. Obj_kod column.

According to your statement and your screenshot, I think there are duplicates in both tables, like "SK" in table1 and "DV" in table2.
If you merge tables by these columns, Power BI will give you all possible expanding results. You can merge tables by more columns, these will give more condtions to Power BI and return more precise results.
