Is this chart possible in Power BI?

Can a chart like the one shown below be done in Power BI or do you have a better/cleaner way to visualize similar data?

Hello @vickyd 

 

Its possible to create custom charts using a python script (which is more customizable than PowerBI), the only negative point is that the chart is not show if you upload the report to the web (in powerBI service works well) and its not interactive.

 

If tou want, I can give you an example
