Is there anyway to auto check a slicer selection?

I have a slicer affecting multiple graphics. I have numbers 1-13, each as a selection on the slicer relative to which period that the forecast was updated. My other option on the slicer is "actuals", I need this to always be checked because it allows me to compare actuals to each forecast.

Is there an easy way to do this, or a workaround?

If you go to selection controls for your slicer, turn single select and multi-select with CTRL OFF.

Then turn show "select all" option ON.

This will allow you to select "Actuals" and then the period that you want to compare against.

@Anonymous , You can make it a single select and check?

Sorry I should've been more clear... I need actuals to always be checked, but I need to be able to select any of the 1-13 for comparison. Example being.."actuals" checked 2 checked. or "actuals" checked 5 checked.
