Is there an option to "glue" together a visual/graph and shape/text objects?

I am adding lines to visually separate some data on my charts. I did try to outline where applicable and possible but still need a few lines:

the vertical line is not part of the chart (multi-row card). Is it possible to stick it to the visual so it will not be misaligned?

I know I can lock it to the grid but I still need to work on other visuals so that not gonna work.

IS THERE BETTER DECISION?

There is no "group" feature. Seems like you could use a Table visual instead and turn on your vertical grid lines, ditch your headers and no total.
